1. Eligibility Requirements
To use Jili91, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform:
- You are at least 21 years of age. Jili91 strictly prohibits minors from gambling on the platform.
- You are physically located in the Philippines or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal under applicable local law.
- You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by Philippine gaming regulators.
- You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You have not previously had a Jili91 account that was suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Jili91 uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts.

One account per player. This applies across all devices, browsers, payment methods, and household members. Two players in the same household who wish to both use Jili91 must each use separate verified payment methods and contact support to confirm their arrangement.
3. Deposits & Accepted Payment Methods

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. There is no maximum daily withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though high-value withdrawals may require additional KYC documentation as required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
Before making your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SS/UMID card) and proof of payment method ownership.
